I am making truffles and I use a fork to dip them in chocolate. After I dip them, I normally set them on wax paper, allowing for one side of the truffle to become flat. I am wondering when I use a fork for this, how can I set the truffles down without leaving the fork holes visible! Should I use something else besides a fork? ~~~ ethnicdiamond ~~~
