Garden Landscape : What Is The Best Way To Get Rid Of Saplings Of Trees That Spring Up In Your Lawn

Pulling them up is ruining the grass, not to mention my back! Does anyone know of anything other that what you can buy at the usual stores to get rid of them permanently? Over the counter weed killer doesnt phase them. We had a tree like it taken out of our lawn but our neighbor has one just like it.
