One consideration coming out of Davos Switzerland this week is for more focus on ensuring more of the worlds women receive adequate education. There are many reasons why a country would benefit with its women folk more educated. The people at Davos suggested that educated women have less children which would produce an immediate benefit to "surging, out- of-control populations".
