I am an adult who has no experience or knowledge of any of the martial arts disciplines but I would like to begin training in one of them. I am leaning towards taekwondo only because this is the closest training facility to my home. I am only interested in training and fitness and not interested at all in competitions or exhibitions. Running : How Long Will It Take For My Body To Adapt To Running For Long Periods Of Time And How Should I Train

I want to eventually build up to running for an hour at a good pase, which right now, is probably only possible if I run for my Life. I am generally not very athletic and I barley run. I have weak arms and legs and I get tired very easy, so I dont know how I should be running, or the "Proper" way it to be running for someone with my low stamina.
