Hi. Its actually my sons electric bike but anyways.....Hes 13 years old. He wont use it on the road or anything. Its the Mongoose cx24v200. Its only 24v of power with 200 watts of electric. Its top speed is 10-12 mph. There are pedals along with the electric motor. Thanks for all help. ~~~ nick damon ~~~

New Jersey has banned electric scooters, but i am not sure whether this applies to electric bicycles, perhaps the new law before the senate now will separate the two.
