Hydro fuel, AKA HHO, Hydrogen boost, and a few other is a con. What they claim is that you take power from your alternator and break water into a mix of hydrogen and oxygen and by adding that mix to your intake your engine will suddenly be more efficient, and youll see 40%, 50%, up to a 100% or more increase in fuel mileage. The only problem is that it dont work and yes I can prove it using their numbers.

I think that youre referring to Hydrogen fuel which is simply hydrogen gas. Although Hydrogen has a high energy density by weight, it has a very low energy density by volume even when compressed and liquefied. Its also very difficult to keep contained and will leak out of any container that you have it in. Although its possible to run cars and motorized bikes with it, its not very practical. Most hydrogen fueled vehicles do not try to contain the hydrogen but rather have it chemically stored in hydrates to be released at certain temperatures, unfortunately this reduces the energy density by weight and by volume. The energy density of Lithium Ion batteries is higher than that of Hydrogen by volume.
