People are going to give you answers like practice and watch others, but speaking as a coach I will tell you two things that will help ANY player. 1) Get a coach. A shooting coach can help you more than anything. If you can go to a basketball camp then do it. Ask any coach you work with to help you out. 2) Since you cant always have a coach, then the next best thing is to video yourself. Have a friend of family member video you playing, especially in game, even if it is a pickup game. Then you can watch how you perform and adjust your shot. You will be shocked at how much you can learn from watching yourself on video. Then make adjustments to your shot to make it look more like whatever player you think has the sweetest stroke in the NBA.
