I am 5-1. I want to improve my vertical jump for basketball. I am already quick, can shoot the 3 well, pass play defense good. All I need is my vertical jump and that will make me complete. I plan on being at least 5-5. ~~~ Camron D ~~~

work out your calves and leg muscles. at 53 i could touch rim. now im 56 and could grab on. but that was years ago. i stopped playing and stopped working out. so work hard!

Youre young and still growing. You should take advantage of your body still building while you can. Start a lower body strength training program.
