Basketball : What Do You Think Of This Letter To Time Magazine About Basketball In The Beijing Olympics
Le Bron James as No 1 athlete to watch? Few nations outside the US care much for Basketball let alone have Le Bron on their must watch list. Alex Holmes, Toronto, New South Wales. Corey. I didnt write the letter. Also, I neglected to mention that it was published in Time Magazine 18 August 2008. Also, I dont know who Yoa Ming is? ~~~ Dropkick Murphys ~~~
Best Answer To Basketball Question
I think the chances of it ever getting published are about slim and none, since the Olympics ended over 6 weeks ago. You might want to work on your timeliness. That is a very lengthy and well thought out letter, so it probably took you some time to compose it, so Ill cut you some slack. FYI, basketball was one of the hottest tickets at the Olympics and the NBA is EXTREMELY popular in China. Ever heard of Yao Ming? Hes kinda famous there. Id agree that Lebron was not the most popular NBA athlete participating. For some reason, they were more fascinated with Kobe Bryant. I understand the NBA may not be big in New South Wales, but it is a pretty big deal in many other countries. Including the one where Time Magazine originated. EDIT: Nevermind. lol. I misunderstood. I think the person who wrote it obviously doesnt understand the global reach of the NBA. The NBA players were some of the biggest stars in Beijing, so I think his opinion is a little off the mark.
All Answer To Basketball Questions
Answer 1
Kobe was the #1 basketball Athlete to watch , I seem to recall Kobe score 13pts in the 4th quarter against Spain in the Championship game, while LeBron James did nothing at all, in fact Kobe was just so loved in China they gave him a bigger ovation than Yao, and his jersey is the #1 seller in both China and Europe.
