Beer Wine Spirits. Does Alocohol Make You Not Care About The Consequences And Your Behaviour.

Hi, im turning 18 in 2 weeks and am planning on getting drunk for my first time, i was just wondering does alcohol make you any more cocky? or makes you not care about the after math? does it conqueor fear? makes you less nervous? ~~~ Jason C ~~~

Best Answer To Beer Wine Spirits Question

it depends greatly on your personality. if you are an aggressive person who likes to instigate, you will more than likely turn out to be an a s shole who tries to start fights. it makes you less nervous no matter who you are. and i guess you could say it conquers fear, because if you are normally a shy anti-social person, alcohol will help a lot for opening up. just a little word of advice - don't drink too much. especially since this is your first time, you can easily get carried away and end up standing over the toilet for the rest of the night and even all the next morning. just be careful and responsible and it will be a good ol' drunken time.

Achohol make you not relize what you are doing. There is a first for everything but i dont think you should get drunk, you never know what will happen (could wake up next to some guy)

Answer 2

ALCOHOL opens and closes more doors than u could ever imagine moderation is the key

Answer 3

It makes you not be rational enough to even consider consequences.

Answer 4

yes it does make you less nervous, and it does make you a little fearless. but that's because it slows down your brains response to common sense things. you'll react slower and not care about alot of things like acting like an idiot or having sex with a stranger! so just be careful you don't drink to much around people you don't know!

Answer 5

no it does not for me. Alcohol is just an additive to certain people's concealed behaviors. there is no reason to blame alcohol for your OWN mistakes.

Answer 6

Answer 7

alcohol make you go crazy and not know what you are doing some people drink alcohol because they think they are cool but to tell you they are just being some dum ass jerks.

Answer 8

Alcohol is not something that makes you not care. it is something that numbs your senses and in fact you might not even know whats going on. so its not actually something that makes you emotionless and stuff. its a good pass time though. but its not advisable that you get drunk... the hangovers are quite bad. and it does not conquer fear just makes you too oblivious to your actions... haha so have a fun time its really your choice this is just an opinion. :D

Answer 9

I am sorry, yet you have now sent yourself to hell. Very sad.

Answer 10

you just loose your inhibitions and for some that means serious trouble. why take the chances. you arent missing a thing

Answer 11

It affects everyone a little differently. Some people get goofy, others can become violent (but these people have problems in the first place) and some just get falling down drunk. It does lower your inhibitions and sometimes can make you do things you wouldn't normally do. For me, it does make me less nervous. I'm normally quiet for the most part, but when I've been drinking, whatever's in my head comes out of my mouth. But, even when I'm completely gone I know the difference between right and wrong and would not do something crazy like sleep with a stranger. Other people lose this control. I'm not sure why, but I guess it depends upon the person. It's important to know your limits. Don't over-do it, especially your first time. Know when you've had enough and should stop. And of course never do something completely moronic like getting behind the wheel of a car. Oh, and not everyone gets hangovers either. I've never had one before. But you may not be so lucky.

Answer 12

Being drunk makes you think everything you say and do is the coolest and everyone wants to be around you. Actually, everyone looks at you like you are lame and and laughs at you behind your back (unless they are drunk also). And you feel like a dog took a crap in your mouth , and someone drove a nail into each temple of your forehead the next morning.

Answer 13

Well I can tell you what it did to me. When I drank, I did things that I would never have done when I was sober. I slept with a lot of guys and didn't care. I don't even know who they were. I said things that I would never have said. I did things that were against everything I was taught that was morally right. What it did to my ex-husband, who became an alcoholic: He stayed out all night going to parties and sleeping around. He had 4 kids but the only time he paid attention to them was when he was beating them. He spent all of our money on beer and non on food, or bills. We were in the below poverty income level. He became paranoid, believed that everyone was talking and laughing about him. He got into porn and became addicted to that too. He cared nothing for his family, and cared only about having another drink. Now he doesn't have a family. His kids are grown and not one of them will talk to him. I would suggest if you think you have to drink, that you only have a little. Do not drink to get drunk. It can ruin your life eventually.

Answer 14

if you get drunk, you will learn quickly that the consequences are a hundred times worse the next day, you will have much regret, and no face.

Answer 15

REMEMBER THIS, alcohol effects your intellect first then your emotions then your cognitive response. so don't be a fool and drink responsibly

Answer 16

Alcohol makes you less inhibited. It affects everyone differently, some just get loud silly , some become more affectionate, some more emotional(crying, etc..) some become angry a**holes looking for trouble. Some people have allergic reactions that could lead to blackouts, vomiting on small amounts, poisoning. Some people like to use alcohol as an excuse to act like jerks or sluts (malefemale) when they know what they are doing all along. These people have no self-esteem . You will soon know all of these people in your life just keep yourself safe and have fun. Don't use it as an excuse to be stupid , everyone can see through that eventually.

Answer 17

Drinking to get dunk is a problem, yet most do this from time to time, especially young people who aren't quite mature enough to handle drinking, hence age limits. Get drunk and see where that takes you and wait till the next day, if you can wake up at a decent time. Inhibitions are thrown out the window and thats when the problems start.

Answer 18

depends on the person really

Answer 19

sure does! :) have fun getting drunk, perhaps doing some stupid stuff, and not remembering it the next morning
