Its all rapeseed oil in the UK. The flowers have just started to come out in the South of England now. I can tell theyre flowering because Im allergic to the damn things and Ive been sneezing every morning recently (Ive seen them too).

Theyre different names for the same stuff. Oilseed rape is a member of the cabbage family. The seedlings are the "mustard" in mustard and cress. It has bright yellow flowers that smell awful and produces cooking oil. This has nothing to do with the plant that mustard seeds come from.

In Canada, the name rapeseed has been changed to canola. It is likely a canola crop - it is a taller plant with brighter yellow flowers than mustard.
