Every day, just do this. Your body will get so much more strong and flexible,trust me!! -Run/bike/swim for 30 minutes to warm up the body, or take a shower and do 100-200 jumping jacks. -Roll your neck, shoulders, abs and hips -Put your legs in second position parallel, and reach down to touch the floor. keep your weight on the balls of your feet. -Hold the butterfly stretch for 5 minutes (watch TV to make this less boring) -Sit down with your legs together in front of you, parallel. Lay your body over your legs. Hold it for 30 seconds, then turn your feet out and do it again. -Put your legs out as far as you can, and lay your body in the middle of your legs. Hold for 30 seconds. Put your body over your right leg and hold for 30 seconds, and then your left leg. -Here is the hardest part: go down as far as you can in your left split and hold it for 5-10 minutes. Again, watch TV to prevent boredom. Do the same with your straddle, and your right split, too, even though you have it. Good luck!
