Ive bought a filing cabinet from Staples and the diagrams are very unclear. Ive fixed the runners to the base unit with the wheels on the front and the runners on the drawers with the wheels at the back. When I put the drawer on the runners it was set too high up. What have I done wrong and what should I do to sort it out? ~~~ DIY non-expert ~~~

The runners on the base unit should be about 1/8 th of an inch from the bottom of the drawer opening. When putting the drawer in the drawer wheels should slide behind the base runner wheels and into the runner.
