I had recurring dreams that my teeth were falling out like kernels of corn. I was so frightened in the mornings, when I remembered these dreams. I sought the help of a therapist to help me make some sense of these dreams. She was in no way, a dream interpretor, but she asked me what was going on in my life. After some sessions with her, the therapist told me that I was so mentally amp; physically overstressed, that deep in my subconscious mind, I felt so out of control. In time, most of the stress disappeared, amp; the dreams came to an end. Im no professional, but if youre under a little bit of stress or a lot, that could explain the dreams youre having. Your subconscious mind is keeping the stress locked inside, coming out via recurring dreams.

Surely has to have something to do with anxiety about certain issues in your life. Try having a look at things that you feel are out of control and try to remedy them. I used to have the same vivid dream and remember how horrible it was. One idea is to keep a diary (to write in before you go to sleep) and a dream diary (to write in when you wake). I personally find it very useful for finding issues in my life that then manifest as images in my dreams. Hope this helps.
