I heard that Subways wheat bread is not 100% whole wheat and therefore it is not that much better for you than the white? Is this true? How much better for you is the wheat over the white? ~~~ ~~~

Honestly the white bread had less fat than the wheat bread. But the wheat bread is wheat with other grains mixed in with if youre looking for more grains I would stick with the wheat bread. But if you want less fat, go with the white. It just depends. They both have good points and bad. ^_^
