Answer 1depends on youre teams strenghts....if you are a running team like alot of hs teams, then not very fast...just strong and atletic enough to take on OLB's and safties. If this is a passing scheme we are talking, then you will need to have the speed to beat some safties...all in all I would say if ur in 10th grade and you can run between a - range, then you will be okay. Of course with more strength and body maturity you will naturally get faster.

Answer 5umm is ur team a passing team or rushing team? if passing then u ahve to have quickness to get to the middle of the field and make the 5 yard play for the first down..and it also depends on ur opponets defense cuz are they playing you closely or giving u slack on there coverage? so it all just depends
