Football American : How To Improve Arm Strength For Football
Hi, I am currently a high school senior who is looking to play qb for a division two football team. I can only throw the football 45 yards. I was wondering if i can improve on that. Right now i sit at 5'11, 130 pounds (yes i am trying to gain weight, it is hard trust me), 75 in arm span, and run the 40 at . This all the stats that i have compiled after not training for 4 years. The weighted football is great for building arm and shoulder strength and overall throwing power.
