Oh, that is easy mate. Log into Facebook first obviously. Then in the top right near to the search box, it will have the Log out, Settings and Your name here options. Clicking on your name will take you to your profile page by the way, but you want to change your network so what you do is hover over the Settings option then wait for a little box to open under it. One of them should read Account Settings, click on it. Now you will reach a page that reads My Account in the top left. Under it, it will have Settings which you are on and next to it, it will have Networks, click on that. You can be a part of 2 or more networks. To join a network search it in the search box on the right. If you want to get rid of one network just click Leave Network for whichever network you want to leave.
