Thats tough man. These days kids dont want to listen. They often have to learn through their own mistakes. Be there for them but dont pressure them. Tell them they can do what they want but give them your advice and tell them you love them and would never advise something if you didnt think it was for their best interests, etc. its the cat theory. you chase the cat, the cat runs away, you sit there calmly and wait, the cat comes to you

well if you knew everything sbout teaching teenage girls then you know by the time they're teenagers it to late to change their minds. you have to raise them with responsability in mind. so when they get to the partying situations they know how to conduct themselves as adults. if you haven't do that then you just need to talk to them straight up. no yelling no anger. just a deep understanding of what they're going through. what to watch for because you've been there and you sincerely care for them. compassion is the best teaching tool. maybe even giving them a safe enviroment to learn their limits would be a good idea.
