First of all, did you buy a lottery ticket? If the answer is no, you couldnt win. If they insist that you did, have them send an international money order. Electronic transfer requires they have your bank information. If they insist it can only be done electronically, open up a new bank account with the minimum balance and tell them to deposit into that. When you get the deposit, close the account.

Lottery in Spain is anonimous, it can be cashed only by the holder of the ticket so if you don´t have it in your hand, is scam. Report it to the police.

If you want to really think about it, consider this: Did you ever at any time in the past few months travel to Spain, purchase a lottery ticket, and give the shop keeper your email address? Because if you didnt do this then you didnt win. Pure and simple. No legitimate lottery company emails you out of the blue to let you know you won, unless you purchased an online lottery ticket with a legitimate online lottery company. This lottery scam has been repeated over and over because everyone likes that little fantasy about winning a large sum of money and the life it could bring. But for the vast majority of people, this will never happen. Delete the email, and move on.
