Id rather you didnt greet me at all. Other people can say hello, whats up?, que pasa?, hows it going, nice to meet you or any one of the other various greetings we have. Most people instinctively know what is an appropriate greeting for the particular situation, but if you have any trouble perhaps you should take an evening class or something. Ms is the standard business default title when you dont know a womans marital status, or even if you do if she doesnt make it clear she wants to be addressed as Mrs. or Miss.
