True, some men are stronger than women. So, if you want special rights, then men should be divided into different subcategories. The strongest men get more rights. Those who post on YA, should have fewer. Fair?

No special legal rights over women. However over other men they have more of a right to get away with violence against the weaker men. For example a bully in school may get away with physically harassing and beating weaker and smaller kids. In some cases they might have gotten away with even killing them and in many cases they certainly have gotten away with making their lives so miserable that they drove them to suicide. In some of these cases there is no way out for the victims, their parents dont believe them or dont care or perhaps they are orphans or their parents are always away and feel they have no time or whatever to deal with it. Now in SOME SPECIFIC cases (no one can prove that not one such case exists, that EVERYONE has "options" because not EVERYONE does, that is a myth) where they have no other options (teacher dont care and the police wont get involved because not "enough" has happened to "warrant" an arrest. Or an arrest would only be temporary and then the bully would be back on the street angrier then ever at his victim. In those specific cases (not others where options are available) the only way out for some is to get a gun. But using a gun to equalize the huge imbalance between the bullys size and strength (which is why the bully CHOSE that victim in the first place) and his victims relatively small size and relatively weak chances of being able to avoid serious physical harm (and all the extremly serious emotional damage that goes along with it) would getb the victim thrown in jail and the accusations against HIM of being a "violent psychopath" while the bully (if he survives and remains in good health) gets off scott free to find another victim. So in such cases the bully has a definite advantage in getting away legally with his brutality against others and thus obviously having a legal right in essence, over other weaker and smaller men. However against women it would be the opposite since even a nice and "anti violence" man would be in legal hot water if he so much as touches a woman accidentally and she starts screaming harrassment or rape etc...
