I cant get leafs TV through rogers because they know where I live. I wanted to switch to bell and use a friends address then set up the dish at my house. Is there no way I can watch the games without breaking the law. This is insane. Should anyone be able to tell me what I can watch? I could go online now and pay for a gay midget porno but god forbid I watch the leafs game. ~~~ Martz ~~~

Its not the citys fault, take it up with the LeafsTV people. Rogers would be more than happy to show LeafsTV in Ottawa if they werent contractually forbidden to do so. Of course, youre better off just cheering for the Sens, I heard that the Leafs just got pounded 7 - 1 by Carolina - ouch.

Tsk, tsk, tsk....never say "unconstitutional" and anything Canadian in the same sentence. "Constitutional" is an American legalese word. What youre supposed to say is that it "infringes your Charter of Rights and Freedoms under Section 2" not to watch Leafs games in Ottawa. That said, subscribe to Leafs TV. There is a legal way, its called NHL Centre Ice. Since you dont live in the Leafs broadcast area it will include all the games broadcast by LeafsTV. Its what those of us that live in the GTA and arent TML fans have to do, even though they games I want to watch are on channels I get on my TV, but are blacked out here. I agree with you that its BS that as Canadians we cant watch whatever hockey game we want to. Watching the game of our choice should be a Canadian birth right! As for the gay midget porno, I thought the TML got rid of all that footage of the back rooms of MLG?
