What kind of insurance? You're going to be a public aircraft charter? What kind of plane, and what qualifications do you have? Where will you be flying? You're NOT going to get a monthly premium on this, you'll have to pay in full, annual basis. And it's going to depend on what coverage - aircraft liability only? Physical damage? Workers comp for your employees? What are the requirements for the fields you'll be using? So you didn't provide anywhere NEAR enough information. But budget $25,000 - $100,000 a year, for aircraft liability, for one plane, that doesn't leave the US, IF you're licensed to carry passengers for a fee.
