If you are with a major bank, you dont have to go to all that trouble, .B for instance, have a securities dept. and will buy/ sell shares on your behalf in New Zealand, Australia, . and .A. Obviously they charge a commission, as does a stockbroker. The price of shares will be debited from your account at current exchange rate prevailing at time of purchase, and any profits [ on sale ] credited, again at prevailing rate. But, please, please do NOT buy . stocks at this time ! [ trust me ! ] right now .X. [ New Zealand ] is a far better prospect .
