Me, I like Apple and would recommend Mac to anyone looking to get a computer, especially now that Apple uses an Intel processor so that the same machine can natively run both Mac OSX and Windows at the same time. The criticism that Macs are more expensive is not correct if one is comparing an Apple system to a Windows PC system with comparable hardware.

i would stick with the pc just because it will be quite difficult to learn how to use a mac...macs also are expensive to repair...separate software for mac compatibility is required which is a pain in the butt... pcs have much more variety to choose from

macs are faster and easier to use than a pc. pcs however, are more "supported" since almost all programs are designed for pcs, but not so much for macs. both have advantages- it really depends on what you are lookin for.

PCs are better hands down. Cheaper more customizable, not proprietary pieces of crap. To the person who said Macs are guaranteed from viruses for life are you giving me that guarantee and how much do I get if I get a viruses because I can get a Mac virus today so I would love to collect.

Isnt it funny how Pcers (if that can be a word) are always bad mouthing Macs and Mac users? Jealousy maybe? I have a Mac and I love how easy it is to use. How safe it is, and how smooth it is to operate. Try one out. They are easy to learn.
