Law Ethics : What Kind Of Action Can I Take Against Vulgarities Used In Blogging Post
13 yr old NCH girl's blog used vulgarities on my girl over a small matter. In her blog posting, she claimed to be a gangster and warned my girl not to stir up the bad side of hers. Sounds like threatening. She didnt feel apologetic at all on what she had done. I have already saved those postings and wondered other than complaining to the school (which I have already done) , is there any other legal way to teach that proudie girl a lesson? ~~~ callie n ~~~

if you are in America there is no such thing as public vulgarity. All speech is covered by the first amendment. Age is unimportant. Now people have latitude under certain conditions. The FCC can stop Network TV from using those words. A restaurant may throw someone out for cursing in front of other patrons. But the internet is public space and all speech is protected. This is my understanding.

A consultation is usually free but if not it will be about $50 to $100. They might tell you to call the police and the police will deal with a threat.
