This summer I am planning to sell home-made ice cream from a converted cargo bike around London parks, markets and festivals. Apart from PLI and public hygiene certs, what license (if any) would I need to get from the relevant local authorities? ~~~ nanimo22 ~~~

You wont be allowed to sell in any of the Royal Parks (Green, Hyde, St James etc.)

the best thing to do is contact the council of each borough you want to work in, as they may have slightly different requirements.
