Maintenance Repairs : What Can I Use To Stop Mildew Coming Back On My Vinyl Cladding

I have white vinyl cladding on my house. Every two years I have to clean the entire house due to the mildew. I have no trouble getting it off,but wondered if theres a product I can spray or wipe on to stop it coming back. Any suggestions would be appreciated. ~~~ muffin ~~~

I use a mixture of one cup of chlorine bleach and a gallon of water. I spray the north side down with it and wait about 5 minutes and then use a pressure washer to get it off. It does a pretty good job for me, good luck

No. Every house with vinyl siding is covered with mildew especially on the north side. I have the old aluminum and have thought about residing but I dont get the mildew problem and just dont want to deal with it.

In a situation like this its best to look at why. Why this is happening. Is your house in the shade under trees that drip extra moisture on it? Live in the woods? A area of high humidity? Unless you address the cause its not going to stop coming back.
