It could have a dirty air filter, plugged drain, and possibly low refrigerant. Check/clean the air filter, and if that doesnt correct the problem, call a professional.

it supposed to drip,but to the outside,check and make sure the unit is slightly tilted towards the A/c unit remove moisture from the air,creating condensation in the unit,and is supposed to drip through the condensate line to the outside of the house.

you have a problem get a tech in there sound like no emergency pan low on refrigerant clogged filter or coil
