It looked like a model of the planet Saturn. It has a plastic ring joined to the center of a ball, and you grip it between your feet and jump up and down with it. I recall seeing one recently, and it had handles attached to make it easier to use. Any one know what its called? It looked like a ball cut in half and joined on the top and bottom of a Frisbee. ~~~ Selina ~~~
