chorus and reverb for the clean part (use your neck pickup) and a fairly scooped distortion for the dirty part (cut the mid while pushing bass and treble)

Chorus during the verses, distortion for the solo ... thats really it. Unless you have the same rig as them, youre not going to sound exactly like them.
