You could try substituting some unseasoned, poached chicken chopped fine. I dont even think you will have luck with that. they like yogurt, and peanut butter. my ferret is VERY pickie about what he eats but in general ferrets like those things. some will eat cat food too. Also there is a dietary food supplement that i use for training mine but it can be used for food as well. its kinda gooie but they love it~!
