It sounds like another initiative dreamed up by Shrek Salmond to make Scotland appear to be something it isnt - a model nation with social and democratic welfare at heart. Im English living in Scotland and have no problems with the concept of an independent Scotland as long as the economy is is kept on track but there are a lot of buffoons in Hollyrood.
