i think someone should say something, write to the local news paper!!!! something, they cant get away with that its disgusting. like the other person said take pics, keep the evidence. i would also say sue them but who wants to spend the $$ on a lawyer. so if you write to the paper or something like that maybe someone will come forward to represent you!

First you should make sure it is, as you believe, beef bone. It could actually be rat bone or plastic, you know. Did you keep it? If so, have it analyzed. It was big in the news that burgers from all fast food places regularly have traces of fecal matter in them. Yet people continue to eat fast food. That manager you dealt with probably wouldnt eat the burgers there, he must have seen worse than a piece of bone. Besides, the particular restaurant doesnt get bones to work with. They get the meat from a supplier, all patty-ed and ready to cook. If its franchise, they dont even get to choose the supplier.
