Preschool : What Are Good Educational Websites For Kids

My uncle has 2 daughters; one is five and the other one is 10, they dont know any English because they just came here from Dominican Republic. Are there any website or any website that can help them learn about math, science, etc.. and English. It has to be online because thats the way my uncle wants it if you have any suggestions online or something to buy please let me know.
