Most birth control takes a week to start the pill the depo the depovera not sure about the rest

hmm...i would say no...but thats my own opinion nothing really to back it up. i would think it needs to have time to build up in your system. Just b/c you are on the pill doesnt mean you wont get pregnant. If you arent trying you def. need to take other methods as well..such as condoms.
