To be honest there is no way to tell any ones max settings for WoW. There are too many different variables to consider. Try logging in and setting youre setting at max, then gradually decreasing them until you experience no lag. If I had to guess, as long as you arent downloading things in the background, you can most likely run wow on max setting as long as your not in a major city too often. Hope this helps! :)
