Go to management gt; web tools gt; edit gt; files/photos gt;gt; choose "members" As fo the "pending" in your messages amp; photos on your menu - if youre the moderator, then it should be a default option that only mods and group owner can see. (Im not sure since I manage my group on web only, not receiving emails).
